  • Is Wi-Fi required

    Your venue must have a reliable Wi-Fi connection and a nearby electrical outlet, as our photo booth’s computer and printer require internet access to operate smoothly.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellation made within 15 days are eligible for a Full refund. The deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed based on availability.

  • Where do you offer your photo booth services?

    We proudly serve the Charlottesville area and surrounding regions, including Albemarle County, and nearby Virginia communities.

  • Do you travel outside Charlottesville?

    Yes! We’re happy to travel for events outside the area. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the distance—just share your venue location, and we’ll confirm availability and any travel costs.

  • Can you set up the photo booth at a private residence?

    At this time, we do not provide services at personal homes or private residences. Our photo booths are best suited for public venues or event spaces such as banquet halls, schools, wineries, hotels, and community centers that are designed to host events.

  • Can the photo booth be set up outdoors?

    Yes, our photo booth can be set up outdoors, but there are a few important things to keep in mind!

    For the best photo quality and guest experience, we strongly recommend indoor setups. Indoor environments provide consistent lighting, stable surfaces, and protection for both guests and equipment—ensuring your photos look their best every time.
